yeah i guess i like having a range... kidn of being on the lower end just so that i have "room" to eat more/whatever i want IF I WANT TO.. u know? kind of a reassurance thing. my range is 115-120, but i get upset if i'm even 118ish. i need to stop that -- that's another goal. stop obsessing about a NUMBER. it's easier said than done though.

your range is so low though penny, seriously, it boarders the underweight category for your height.

i have not weighed myself since before when i got better. when i was 100 pounds. now i know i weigh anywhere bwt 110-115. and u know whats funny? thats AFTER i started working out. 100 pounds was when i SAT on my ass cause i was starving myself and did not have the energy to work out. at like 1200-1600 calories . but then i got this thing after me and my boyfriend broke up, kind of like a stress reliever. i call it a miracle : running. i started running. and now i love it. and then i started incorporating weights. upper and lower body weights. and now i weigh 10 more happily built more pounds. maybe 1 pound of it was gained cause of fat lol. but i know the rest is pure muscle. thats why i said i feel kinda stocky. kinda big. cause this lil girl with all this body lol. i dont know. im just weird lol.

Amanda--- I am the same way. I LOVE Running. Running keeps me sane! Without it, I am not me. I was injured and couldn't run for two months and it was awful. I was soooo sad. And yes, my legs have more bulk and muscle now that I run. I have moments of "oh my" my legs are too big!! And then I say, but yeah, I can run and I love it! When I ran my marathon I actually gained weight- but yeah, it was worth it!
