aww, yeah, lauren, you don't need to lose at all! maintaining would be good, and i like nicole's suggestion about trying out yoga or pilates.
go to a crunch class, i love the videos!

it's actually laura i do yoga once or twice a week. it definitely helps. i just feel so gross sometimes

no sweat guys...i was training a temp today at work and she refused to call me Laura...just kept calling me Lori. i corrected her about 3 times. it's like OK CATCH ON!! irritating
what's a crunch class? like the video's?
i seriously do think though that i would like better at a toned 100. i'm so flabby and my legs are pretty thick.

remember, 100 is only 2 less than 102, so you can't look that different
Crunch fitneess, yeah, like the viedeos. i know they have some in new york city

and remember that if you tone up you could easily gain weight, but you could also easily be smaller in size.
